What do people figure?
My personal thought is we won't see a model till there's 1 or 2 more marine books out that also get the Storm Raven.

There are hints that at least the Grey Knights use them as well in the fluff (Please, God...give them a transport!).
It will probably be phased into the codices eventually a la Land Raider Crusader.

What about space wolves...page 4 looks like it has a picture of a similar craft.

This is a little story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it.

Somebody got angry about that because it was Everybody's job.
Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.

Space Wolves use them, but they are so bad-ass they use them only to haul ale to the command post and use their Wolfstrike Missiles to cook Venison.

I strongly believe it is being held off until the DH codex. The Grey Knights fluff wise have the most according to the BA dex itself, and the GK codex will a small model count release to begin with, thus making the storm raven likely a strong seller.

Since the ship does not have the word Blood in its name, its a total given that all the other marine chapters will gain access to it.
Especially if GW actually releases a model for it.
The BT Crusader was given to all marines the moment it was released and the newest SM Dex gave the SWs Venerable Dreadnaught to anyone who wanted it.
The Stormraven will show up for all marine lists. Its just a matter of how long to wait.
