Neophyte Undergoing Surgeries

Hi Im introducing myself, the name is the unknown name just popped into my head.
I play Chaos Space Marines (as red corsairs),I also play Space Wolves and currently starting necrons.
I try to play down at my local GamesWorkshop as much as I can, Chaos mainly see the table there, ok anyway that's me.
