"Nice place they have here. I think I'll take it."
-Arch-Heretic Sr'haa Ydera, commander of the Lost and the Damned warband known as the Threshers of the Fallen, 988.M41, during her assault on the hive world of Lesaana IV.
So this is my introduction to the world of Dakka, hmm? Like the good commander stated, it's a nice place you have here, though I think I'll just hang around for now.
I've been playing for a couple of years to date, though I've played with other games of the role playing variety for longer. I've managed to amass a fairly large collection of books and models, but I'm always on the lookout for more. I guess what drew me to this game was the fluff behind the dice, and I've been devouring every bit of it that I can find.
I play or collect at the moment the following armies: Eldar, Orks and Chaos Marines (Traitor Legions). For Chaos I have an Undivided army and an experimental one that I've been working on. Daemons might be an army that I want to get into in the future if not to play, then just to paint. The daemon models that they just released are really nice.
So, I guess I'll just look and see what's going on around this place.

Thanks. I'm not sure how much advice I can give, but I certainly can share my impressions of them, and how I like to play those armies.
