Actually funnily enough, I have noticed the same thing. Also, my Dad resembles a silverback gorilla now with his hair so I am keeping on eye on back hair.

I started to get lots of body hair the same time I started losing hair on my head, in my early 20's. Then, when I turned 40, I started getting hair in my nose and ears. I also still get pimples, and not just on my face. Hence the avatar.

Wait'll it starts growing on your back. I've seen some fairly Sasquatch looking guys at the gym that swore they never had hair like that until they got older.

I refuse to tolerate the appearance of hair on my shoulders and pluck it instantly. Chest hair isn't too bad, but it goes in the summer to keep me cool.

I'm almost 30, and I've only recently started shaving every day. I didn't shave at all until well into my 20's.

Don't think baldness is much of a concern. Depending which side of the family fence you're on, by my age you are either already a slaphead, or going to the grave with a full head of hair. Just a shame I've been going grey since 21 (well, I think it was 21. Had long hair cut off then and first noticed it).

Though the sheer amount of hair I pluck out my hairbrush each morning would make a baldy weep. Perhaps I can weave it into wigs? Nice little sideline there.

I have no problem being bald, baldness is fine if presented well. The only thing I have problems with it being bald while resembling a gorilla from the neck down.

Just tell people you are bald from wear and tear of women running their hands through your hair, and now the body hair is trying to give them a hint...

I am also receded on the top and a silverback bastard.

I never did give a gak about the balding, I've been a skinhead since about 25. The bodyhair used to make me embarrassed around the ladies in intimate scenarios, until I found out that a lot of ladies really like it and those that didn't think they did are either converted or so impressed with my bedroom decathlon that it more than made up for it.

And the illustrious Mrs Stompa loves the hair and loves the baldness.

I'm not an overly hairy chap - I think most of my testosterone went on making me huge, double-manly, and giving me the ability to crunch other men like crisps.

I have got a slightly hairy arse, though.

Big head of hair, theres something living on my chin.

Body hair is thankfully not shown much of itself yet. Hairy arse not counting.

I can grow enough facial hair to look like an impotent pedophile.

A friend of mine is 24 and cant grow ANY facial hair at all. The guy never shaves its hilarious, but he is a gorilla as well. Im the opposite. My beard is epic, but Ive got pretty much nothing other then the beard. And I can shave it clean, and within a week its looking burly already
