hello. anyone remember squats? they were great - if a little daft. I'm painting 6 at the mo and they are nearly finished so look out for em if your into old minis. got a whole pile of rogue trader and old warhammer stuff on the way to being painted. i just love that old school feel...
and here is an interesting topic to discuss. the ultramarines are blatantly FRENCH!! think about it - robout guilliman is their primarch and they live ona planet called maccrage -blatant frenchness. not that i dislike the french but I'm just not sure i would want the ultramarines as allies - maybe they would be good as cooks.
incidently did you know that a quarter of all mammals are bats? they are a bit nuts too

ahh the romans of course. Ive seen the picture were the ultramarine has like a centurians crest on his helmet, although i still think they are a little franco-roman. they are i bit to arogant for me and besides I'm not sure about the colour blue.
My space dwarves are nearly ready! but im not sure if i made them ginger enough - and i think i used to much blue on their uniforms. but they will be ready soon

Hi welcome.
I remember those Gobbo's still have them somewhere in my collection.
I agree the ultramarines are FRENCH, all any opponent needs is an army comprising English Longbows and they’re sorted.
