I would field that army as is. Well, I might try to put some some Ebay decals on them and THEN field it.

Marker was my first thought too.

Like was previously mentioned though, at least it's painted. Painted like a chimp having a seizure was holding the brush, but painted all the same.

Proof enough of the dangers of narcotics to GW miniatures...

At least is assembled correctly (except for the missile) got a basilisk of ebay and they had glued the gun platform to the top of the chimera hull and left a huge gap underneath.

Still considering you got all that stuff for $70 you can't really complain about having get all the dodgy paint off. A nice soak in dettol seems to be in order for this fellow.

To be COMPLETELY honest. Id repaint the entire army to my best...... but keep that sucker just how it is. Simply because, you KNOW people would forget to do things just because that devilfish would of been staring them down the whole game.
Dear god that is bad. You could paint that better with one toothpick and random pots of paint.

either that or little jimmy dipped into his mommy's nail polish collection in order to "paint" his models. no matter how horrendous (and that is horrendous) the paint job, your friend still got a pretty good deal.
