Tau
Chaos(has to be Thousand sons or off shoot)
IG
Necrons

Since I only have a Tau army until I get more money that leaves me with Tau as my vote.

Am always naturally drawn to the good guys, but i think the Imperium is not altogether a nice thing. In some ways the Empire represents GW itself :O
Heresy i know but what can you do?

Would like the Eldar more if the models weren't so darned camp.

Because of the Nordic mythos, and because Space Wolves are not so much influenced by the Space Marine codes they tentatively get my vote. Trouble is they are still Space Marines, who are the jocks of the 40K high school

IMO the Inquisition have it all with the Grey knights, the stormtroopers, the inquisitors, imperial guard, Space Marines and most importantly a fanatical devotion to the coolest man (maby with the exception of leman russ) ever

Space Marines. Yes I know everyone is sick of Marines, but IMO, they are amazing. I feel they look the coolest. Not the non detailed pictures, but like this:

Chaos. At least 3.5 chaos. Best fluff for any army ever. Though I think that some marine chapters, necrons, and inquisition are pretty sweet too.

Necrons are being robbed blind here...

I mean, if you fail to find timeless black metal skeletons with neon green gauss rifles and mastery over time and space cool, you need to asses your priorities.

If you don't find the Nightbringer and Deciever cool, you obviously need to have your eyes examined

Freaking this. I only started playing comparatively recently (lol 5E necrons) but I first saw Necrons when someone brought his 'cron army into school way back when they first came out. They were the first army I ever saw in 40k, and I knew nothing of Marines, the orkz, or anything. But I saw them and knew that if I could ever afford to play the game, I would play Necrons.

gotta go with the guard there are a lot of ways to use them and the fluff is great not to mention real men fighting untold horrers and winning that is just bad ass

In background terms I voted necrons because if you were a guardman and shot a necron warrior down for it to self repair and stand up you would be pretty scared. Necrons are just so cool!
