Seconded.

GW started killing off Inquisitor as soon as they got the rights to make an lotr game. Plus there seems to be no sense in the Inquisitor models they have stopped. I find it hard to believe for example, that Kal Jericho (discontinued) was less popular than the demonhuntress (still available).

Think about that for a second.

They discontinued the line years ago.

It's entirely possible they're just selling off whatever's left of the old stock.

I dunno...

Just a note, I changed the thread title so it's clear that you can mention individual models as well.

Oh, and can we refrain from the experimental swearing in my thread, please?

I think if that was the case they would have run out by now, in the seven years since they started discontinuing parts of the inqusitior range.

No, fairly sure (unless it changed recently) what's left is still 'in print' so to speak.

Snap. Plus I want the alien conversion pack for the alternative eldar ranger head which looked so much better than the standard one.

How did you work that out? The majority of the best sellers in the inquisitor range are still available.

Enough of the Squat love. You only want them becuase you can't have them. No-one liked them when they were on sale. It seems to me the majority of people who want Squats just think it's cool to bring up Squats whenever they can.

To be honest I would say that they should revitalize the Necromunda range, always wanted to get started, but I just never got to it...

I'll vote for RT plastics. While the current marines are 10 times better the old shark missile launcher and beaky armor has a place in my heart. I'd love a return of them for the 25th anniversary or something.

The original Imperial Guard are also a bit cruder than the current Cadians but are certainly better than the Catachans and can hold their own even now.

Can't speak to the original line of plastic orks.

I liked the RT rhino a lot and build about 15 of them or more. I actually think it's a kit with more potential than the current one.

The old Land Raider with an upsizing could still look cool today.

Second all votes for genestealer cultists, Necromunda and the pre-Necromunda 'Confrontation' gangs.

I'd badly like to see new plastic guardsmen for many of the older regiments. My Tallarns in particular need a few more poses to break up the monotony. Sure the robes and things could make it a difficult kit but they made it work for Dark Angels...
There are a few troopers in my army that came out of a resin bottle but they still look the same as their pewter brethren

It's a good idea, but I think the last time they did left a bit of a bad taste in people's mouths. They only did a few gangs (mistake 1) with resculpts in a bit different (mostly better) style (mistake 2, maybe) with stump arms and new weapons molded with hands to make assembling them a bit easier. They sold them in a random format (mistake 3) but I think this was honestly an attempt to keep the product count down, not an attempt to jump on the 'Random Booster Pack" train. (As I rmemeber they did 3-4 packs per gang... A basic army box, then a booster or two, and the boosters had some focus on special weapons or somethign. I don't have access to GW's website now, as they may have this listed.

Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.

My Big Brother scored on finding these awesome figs. over 50 of them. Goliaths and Orlocks in a bitz box at our Local Friendly Gaming Store. It was awesome. For 200 buckroes we took all of them home.

Gonna have to go with the Chaos Cultists as well. I've got a squad of them sitting on my desk. Never going to be able to use them (*grumbles about the stupid new CSM codex*) but they're pretty awesome models.

Most notable is Chaos Dwarfs, though they generally have a better chance than the others of returning

Squats and Dogs of War are a terrible loss in my eyes, not just that I can't have them, I genuinely loved their models (for both armies) and wish they'd be back.

Praetorians, Goliaths, those Nippon Temple Dog Riders are a shame

Love the scale, and it is where the battles of the 41st millennium 'should' be fought!

Praetorians ++

[wishing]
To be fair, GW/Forgeword (think DKoK/Renegade guard) could make some moolah selling bitz packs that contain upgrades to make the more specialist regiments e.g. tallarns, praetorians etc. Either buy a box of cadians/catachans and use the appropriate heads, torsos and extras from the bits packs!
[/wishing]
Seriously some new praetorians (even if limited ed) would make me consider buying 1500pt guard army!

Either that or most of the stuff around 2nd ed that I wanted but never bought, being too young to really understand the hobby back then!

Squats! There is nothing cooler that an entire army of trikes and bikes. Plus they were able to field Exo armor. I would buy 4000 pts worth if they made them again.
