Did someone leave the position or is it just that there are more boards and users now?

Janthkin was very active about a decade ago, I remember a rare response from him about three years of years back which was delightful, because I always enjoyed his input. Then nothing since.

He's still active, just usually in the legalese laden threads.

I was following a thread about whether the new TK were better / worse, when it was suddenly locked with the last poster being someone I hadn't identified as a Mod...

Stepping in, I saw some nice (and less nice) words being displayed by that "new" (well, newly-appointed at least) Mod, so I've instantly been convinced that we should be confident in his judgment...

So congratulations , Mr. Janthkin, though I do not have the chance to know you much - yet.

OT : I've seldom had PMs from Mods, am I doing something wrong?

I will however thank you in advance for your time on these forums as I think the mods aren't recognised enough.

Janthkin's been around. I've seen him post regularly.

What you have to realize is that has so many users that if you don't frequent the same subforums that they do, you'll likely miss them.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say, that's the best praise I have.
