Here's a few from the top of my head:

Harlequins - Seriously, they are a pain in the butt to get together, could also include alternate hands for kisses
Aspect warriors - Hawks, banshees, dragons, warp spiders could all use the update
Avatar - needs more than one pose IMO
Warlocks - Could be a squad of them, with a choice between sword or spear
Farseer - Include in warlock box? same weapon choices
Zoanthrope - The base is just too flimsy in resin
Hive tyrant - With all weapon options, i mean they even got the carnifex in plastic and it's a similar model

Tyranid units without models - tyrannofex, harpy, tervigon left handed boneswords. Seriously they've been left in the dirt

I agree with everything but these two. There's enough Marine bits out there that anybody can make a cool looking Sternguard or Vanguard squad. Additionally, Honor Guard can be done using Sanguinary Guard parts for more ornate armor. I've always been a Marine player, but I've gotta admit these two are pretty much covered.

I grant you there are figures that need it more, but I'd like to see the Space Marine Captain get redone. He just looks really basic now that so much more detail can be put into plastic models. It would be a great opportunity to make a Space Marine HQ kit (Captain, Chapter Master, Librarian, Chaplain) that would only need a few extra weapons and heads.

Oh yeah, Space Marines should get new armour...

Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

I agree with people who have said all that's currently in metal. Sheesh I hate metal models! A pain to glue together and you have to put a shiny or silky coating on top to stop them chipping.

My current contenders for metal -> plastic are:

Harlequins - just because I want them now, but want to wait until the are made into Finecast :( Also I imagine those poses would be fiddly to get right in metal.

Plaguebearers of Nurgle - very good troop choice for a Daemon army, but they are metal! As someone else said, metal troops? Really?

Erm, I haven't actually seen these in person but I have heard that Tau Broadsides are metal. If this is the case, then gluing on those top-heavy railguns must be a nightmare.

Heavy Xenos lean here as I know nothing about Imperium kits. And quite little about most Xenos too heh, I'm new to the hobby.

I would love to see some plastic Tallarn IG. That would make me really happy. Would also like to see all of the greater daemons done in plastic or at least those with wings have their wings made in plastic. Those metal wings are a pain to get to stay attached the first dozen times you try!

It is actually worse than that...they are the basic *plastic* assault suits with big, heavy metal railguns that are supposed to be mounted on top of the suit... Really makes for a well balanced model...NOT!

For Honor Guard you can also use the Command Squad..

Anyways, all IG regiments now in metal should be plastic.

yeah, but only problem with that is.....
Veterans are super heavy and expensive to buy in metal. And then the other problem is their bits are so hard to use already it unbalances models
I want calgars' honor guard in plastic because the helmets are awesome and we only have a few good axes and the major problem is that there are so few vanguard options sometimes.
But overall I want a redo the plastic commander.
