I don't really like any of the armies of the Imperium, it doesn't mean they're the worst, I personally just don't like them very much.
Except from Tau I like all the Xeno/Chaos armies. I think I'd like Tau if a new codex came out to fill in their backstory a little more though.

Over all I think Dark Eldar are best: a good set of rules, beautiful models, awesome fluff. IMO that's all you need. When Eldar or Chaos are updated I think they'll be my favorites again though, as long as the sculpts are good and the fluff doesnt get ruined.
