Emperor's Pointy Sticks would be my chapter of choice. Sure, i would lose almost every battle but the chapter appears to be quite fun ( unless i am the paint test marine ).

I would be a loyalist tech marine, not sure what chapter though.
I'm a very techy person, any work I would have to do would be a peice of cake, the praying might get in the way though, so I might try chaos for a bit.
