How about, not just a Ork that hates to kill but a full blown pacifist Ork.
This one has probably already been done but a good Tau CC unit.

Ha! No you did. I meant it as a fill in the blank. Him doing anything right handed (except killing and shredding vehicles) has it's own implied comedy. Like picking his nose, brushing his teeth, spreading jam on toast, etc. IG troops drinking Slurm. (although I secretly hope someone does this model!)
