Yes, you can pre-order collectors edition. It's around 70 - 80 dollars, I am not sure.
Check the Amazon.

Bioware promised us "something really big" for the preorder. I believe they even used Master Chief's helmet in the Halo 3 Limited Edition as a comparison. There is -nothing- that I would call 'big' in that Collector's Edition preorder. If I'm paying $80 plus shipping, I want something worth it. Duke Nukem: Balls of Steel Edition comes with a faux stone bust of 'The Duke'. I want a Shepard helmet for him to wear. Well, at least we can be sure that the game will be better than the preorder content.

Of the content that actually matters? A couple alternate character costumes and I think I read that there was an extra squadmember. Not really anything worthwhile like they promised.

No no, I can see where someone might not like the game. It is, after all, more like a playable movie with really long loading screens than it is a hack-n'-slash like Halo, where the shooting and pistol-whipping is only interrupted every couple hours for story.

What are you guys looking forward to most?
How do you think certain romances will play out (or hopefully play out)?
Do you think that we'll be able to build Tali a house on the home world?

That all depend's on what have you done in the game so far...
If you romanced only one member ( like I with Liara ) then in the end I imagine building a home, raise kids and die happily.
If you cheated your partner... I imagine some Mortal Combat scene between those two ( your option from the first and your option from the 2'nd part ).
And Tali might be dead, love, hate Shepard. Quarians might lose fleet save it...
In the end - it all depends on how you play the game.
( My personal guess in if you left Council to die then Asari, Turians and Salarians will show you middle finger and left Mankind to die ).

That's a different story. You see, when someone die, you let him go - you don't mourn him until you die.
She didn't expect for Shepard to return even after she give him/her to Cerberus. And by the time Shepard meet her things changed - Shepard has it's mission of destroying the Collectors and Liara has her mission of defeating Shadow Broker.
Only after all was finished, they were able to enjoy with one another. Even that is short since Reapers have already entered the galaxy...
The Relationship ended when you die, and only if you want it to continue it will... Same goes for Ashley and Kaidan.

Yah, but they were a little bit of ass holes, like seriously, I romanced Ashley in #1 and when I ported over to #2, she didn't give a f@ck! The first thing she said was: "Why didnt you try to contact me?". Like, what the hell? I even told her I died and all that, but she continued to be a b!tch.

Gee, sorry that Bioware tried to make the emotions feel a little more realistic and down-to-earth. Next time, hopefully they'll water it down and take the fairy-tale route

I agree they could've been a little more shocked, but I was more referring to WGT's concerns over them being pissed that Shep suddenly comes back and never stopped to tell them he was alive, and how they don't drop everything to get back with you. If anything, I think they weren't emotional enough, no. But the end result was exactly what it should've been.

Liara's thing isn't realistic. You're saving the galaxy and were possibly where significant other and she can't be bothered to leave her office because she has to save some Drell jackass.
The Liar of The Shadow Broker DLC fixes it a bit but that is of course an add-on.

I did think Liara was off, but I think they did Ashley/Kaidan well enough to work. And besides, it's not just the Drell. She's trying to protect herself after she stole Shep's charred arse from the Shadowbroker.

And that DLC along with Arrival are the 2 most important DLC's because things that you did in them mattered the most. Anyway, we shall see in part 3 what they will do, I love the idea that they present a "human" side of Shepard.

In the end, because of that guy Shepard body was with Cerberus. And she saved her life to when he left to keep the Shadow Broker people busy.
I was quite touched by the story. But then again, not all Humans have the same opinion.
And that is what I like in Mass Effect, the sheer number of decisions.
