Its funny, because i had decided to make the whole thing openable so i could put mini's inside without fiddling.

however, i forgot that the Kranda has wings, so it cannot open very far.....

This has to be the largest competition ever!

My stormraven (fighta) is coming along nicely with the main body built just extra guns and pilots to add now, and the tail wing but I wanna do something special with that. I just don't know what yet.

Stompa update. This is the result of Too Much Bob the Builder and my 4yr old chanting Reduce-Reuse-Recycle!

I think you can tell the 2 yr old and 4 yr old helped glue these guys. I had to start another one so Stompa 2 is called scarecrow-robot-snowman stompa (with hat). Moral: never let 2 yr old grot helpers do the naming. I've pretty much run out of trash to stick on so might have to start buying stuff to finish them of. No, No, I must go raid the bin some more Reduce-Reuse-Recycle! I mean loot and pillage.

It's handy to have grot helpers sometimes, but not always around the naming stage

Are those kinder egg grot bombs by their feet? If so, excellent. If not, what?

So bit of an update on the fighta. Mainly working around the tail section atm.

That's the steering mechanism above his head (well, part of it anyway), there'll be wiring running back to top and bottom of the tail from there. There's a navi-gunner to go behind the pilot, replacing my current choice atm (well, when I get back in the workroom after posting anyway). Hoping to sort out the rest of the tail and the dakka later.

Ok so I got 1/3 of my Kan mob doneish. I have just tiny things left to do, like redue the lenses on the one Kan and funny words on the rokkits, you know tiny things. The build up is on my blog, if you click on the link in my sig
