Blood Sacrifice to Khorne

Hey, I have been "collecting" since 2005 but I was never serious about it (mostly because I was 11 at the time) but now I have gotten into it since 2009 and I am trying to build a decent army. I joined dakkadakka because I keep having problems collecting. I am one of those guys that I dont want to paint for a long time, but I care how my models look and wont put them on the table if they look like crap. I first was a blood angels player, but my interest in the blood angels is dwindling for various reasons mostly the paint cost and the amount of detail needed for such bright models. I got the Black Reach set, and I was thinking about playing the orks until I saw they had a 6+ save and and BS of 2, I am not interested in my models dying off right after I put them on the table and I dont want to make a huge amount of models just to get to 1500 pts. I am thinking of doing the Black Templars, though my only fear with playing space marines is that I believe a whole lot of people play space marines and I wont have anyone to battle though I dont know. Also I am looking to sell my orks and maybe some paint for any one interested and possibly my dreadnought and red painted marines from the BR set. And if anyone can recommend me a good army to stick with other than orks that would be great, and if anyone is looking to bash my belief that orks are weak and useless unless you have a gazillion of them and that everyone plays space marines please feel free to.
