I found a blank one on Bolter and Chainsword but I have no idea how paint it up so to speak

I don't know if there is an automated way of doing it, but if you have some skill in photoshop it shouldn't be too difficult.

Edit: just took a crack at doing one with my limited photochopping skill.

Try taking a photo of a figure you like and cropping it. Even better if its one of yours.

Method 1: (My prefered method).
1. Take a digital picture of one of your favorite miniatures.
2. Upload it as your avatar.

Method 2:
1. Go to Google.com.
2. Click on the images tab.
3. Type in 40k Space marines.
4. Download a picture you like.
5. Upload it as your avatar.

Method 3:
1. Draw something on paper.
2. Scan it.
3. Upload it as your avatar.

Method 4:
1. Create an image using some drawing software.
2. Upload it as your avatar.
