I need a good flexible SM list of 2500 points so I can go with my friend to a Tournament. Its pretty far away, so the models you put in dont need to be models I have, cause I can get more and paint them before the tournament. THX

Here you go, my 2500 point face spanker list -

HQ: Librarian (null zone + avenger) - 100 pts

Elite: Dreadnought (2x TLAC) - 125 pts
Elite: Dreadnought (2x TLAC) - 125 pts
Elite: Terminator Assault Squad (8x TH/SS 2x LC) - 400 pts
Dedicated: Land Raider (multimelta) - 260 pts

Troops: 10 man tac squad (melta, combi-melta, missile) in razorback (las/plas) - 260 pts
Troops: 10 man tac squad (melta, combi-melta, missile) in razorback (las/plas) - 260 pts
Troops: 10 man tac squad (melta, combi-melta, missile) in razorback (las/plas) - 260 pts

Fast: Land Speeder Typhoon - 90 pts

gives you tons of shooty goodness, plus tons of assaulty goodness from 10 assault terminators (combat squaded into 2 radiers)

calgar = a waste of points, and
scouts = inefficient.

I dont know I find scouts very useful, and there pretty great if you add Telion. Calgar is expensive but all my friends seem to use him alot

If you want to have a list that uses Calgar and Scouts to hold objectives, why don't you build a list that uses Calgar and Scouts to hold objectives?

I wouldn't say Calgar is a waste of points. He's definitely overpriced but he's a CC Juggernaut and a nice force multiplier

Sniper scouts are inefficient

I was just wonding if anyone had any good lists that inculde scouts, you can forget calgar!

calgar may be a god in CC, but the question is, would you rather have calgar, or 6 assault terminators? the terminators will pimp-slap calgar every time.

and why are you so dead-set on scouts, camboyaz?
