Greetings to all, I thought I would start out small here since this is the first time I have posted anything on any sort of forum based site. I am currently attempting to paint up a Warrior of Chaos army for a local contest (1250pts). I have taken some WIP pictures and hope to have them posted later tonight when I have a chance to edit them a little further.

Thanks for the greetings guys, and as promised here is a small sample of some WIP for my Chaos Warriors. I will attempt to start a separate post for the entire army as I quest to fill it out to 4000pts by X-Mas (fingers crossed).

Thanks Waaagh_Gonads, the face is actually shaved off a head from the Marauder horsemen box and then glued to the back of the skull helmet from the Warriors box, kind of a raised visor effect.

this site is great for any kind of advise that you would ever need for modeling, painting and getting that last bit of "dakka" out of your army.
just wondering are you priming your models? it looks like you are ttrying to paint over just the plastics.

I was just painting the champion as a test for my paint theme at this point, I had primed him earlier. Currently the rest of the models have been primed and the core colours have been done. I will be creating a new string to show a progression of the rest of my army. I also have some pics of my 40k SM army but I am currently at the cottage so I will post those when I get home.
