Hi i am a space marine player with a question.

If i put a Chapter Master or two on the field, both attached to a scout squad with Telion in.
can i get his eye of vengence on one of their orbital bombardments?
Meaning 2+ to hit and then well scatter i cant do much about.

also can i get advice on if this is a feasible tactic and pros and cons.

sorry about grammar and such i type too fast and have never been that good at it anyway

A pro is that technically you can do that. A con would be that the orbital bombardment's scatter is never reduced, so it doesn't matter what his BS is.

Also note that you do not need a roll to hit with the Orbital Bombardement, since it is a Large Blast, barrage weapon.

And the scatter for the orbital bombardement is never reduced by the Chapter Masters BS, as the other have said.
