im curious as to why your farseer has eldrich storm and not doom/guide/fortune.. the good spells.. anyway i assume hes rolling with thsoe 9 avengers, he should take doom and guide and runes of witnessing so you can guide your unit, doom the target, and use blade storm, ur rerolling hits and wounds on your target with all those shots.. nice against hordes

You are running 4 Heavies in that list: 3 Fire Prisms and 1 Falcon, This makes the list not valid under normal rules normaly.
As thelordoflife said: Eldritch Storm is not very usefull compared to other powers of the Farseer (guide, doom, fortune). Running him as a Guide/Doom with the bladestorming Dire Avengers is just absolutely great.

What would you reccommend taking instead of the falcon?

You seem to have it down. As far as the Reapers go - I've never had much luck with them. You've got plenty of anti-mech with the Prisms and the Dragons, and playing IG etc you're not going to need a great deal of anti-MEQ.
Also The Reapers are a Heavy Support choice.
Use the points to perhaps buy a squad of Warlocks to accompany your Farseer (GW do a boxed set of Farseer and W'locks). These will act as a bodyguard, as well as still being a scary-as-heck unit with spells like Destructor and Enhance. You can even kit them out to be fairly anti-mech too, giving another string to your tank-killing bow.
That said, an extra squad of Dragons would be nice to really scare your IG opponents (who doubtlessly have lots of vehicles).

you really need to go to a store and look at a codex. Eldar have way to many possible upgrades to accurately make a list form snippets of other lists, unless you take it unit for unit and don't mess with the wargear. Your Farseer should cost 100 points, and if you aren't taking spirit stones on him you can only cast one power per turn, so he really should cost 120 points, then you'll want runes of warding so you get psychic defense against wolves or nids, so thats 135 points. your wave serpent weapons are all over the place. You get one tl weapon, and you CAN upgrade to an under-slung shuri cannon for more points. Your wargear for your reapers is off, further you have 5 heavy support choices! (reapers are also heavy support). I don't have my codex on me, so I can't try to work out the points on the scorpions, but really... you need to look at a codex, head to a FLGS, they tend not to care if you browse a codex, especially if you are considering starting an army, it just makes em kinda go $_$.

I was oggling your list like O_o wtf?! he's got 5 Heavies and two exarchs for a 5 reaper squad? My first thought was not "he cant do that" my first thought was "Did I miss something in my codex?" then I read the "I dont have a codex" and was like "ohhh ok" Yea I would definitelygrab some warlocks and destructor horde opponents into the ground I just recently got more warlocks so I have like 6 or so I played a game last week against 2 guys an ork player and a Dark Angels player and my destructor warlocks knocked all the ork boyz on their A$$es with help from my guardians. So Akaean speaks the trutth. When someone suggests warlocks with destructor its a good idea, especially since you want this list to go against IG.

You dont really need the 3rd Fire prism, unless your just making your list to beat this one footguard list? If you do that you'll be able to make a list that I doubt the guard player will want to fight . I'd also consider replacing 1 prism with a squad of 3 war walkers (all with 2 scatter lasers)
Your farseer needs spirit stones and possibly runes, only take RoWarding if your opponent has psychers.
You still have 5 heavy support options, which isn't allowed.
Dark Reapers are overpriced, I wouldnt bother using them.
Drop the facon in favor of a wave serpent, this gets you down to 3 Heavy support.
The Striking Scorpions could really do with being in a squad of 10.
I hope this helps

Thats a good idea because honestly Serpents are just better than falcons overall they are cheaper, have shields on the front, have the same armor and BS as the falcon and thier main gun is twin linked, and they can be a dedicated transport.

Farseer: Upgrade him. Spirit Stones, dual runes. If he's on foot, I'd actually suggest going Eldrad.
Fire Dragons: Good choice. You should be able to get by with just 5 if you need the points elsewhere.
Scorpions: I like them, although many people don't. However, I've found them best if you upgrade the Exarch to allow infiltrate and then outflank with them. For that, you can take a few more models and they don't need a WS. Also, I'd drop the Scorpions Claw. The Biting Blade is typically all you need. For a comparison, with the Claw you get 3 attacks (4 on charge), str 6, I1, power weapon. With the Blade, you get 3 attacks (4 on charge), str 5-8 depending on hits, I6. I find the added I and possibly higher Str to more than make up for the power weapon.
Dire Avengers: Solid choice. Try to make them both full squads of 10 if you can. Also, it's nice to have a BL or EML on their WS. That way, you have anti-infantry with the DA, and anti-vehicle on the WS.
Dark Reapers: I like them, no one else does . I'm not clear what your doing with them though. Squads of 3-5 with 1 exarch upgrade who is the only one that can change weapons. Yours has no exarch but 2 upgraded weapons. Not legal. If you want to take Reapers the conventional wisdom is 3, with exarch with tempest launcher and crack shot. No cover saves and re-roll wounds is better than the extra template.
Falcon: Eh, they can work, not always.
Fire Prism: Good choice. But, take 2, not 3.
Other note: As others have pointed out, you have 5 Heavy Support choices. You also only have 2 troop choices. You should probobly take a 3rd squad of Dire Avengers, or maybe Storm Guardians with dual flamers and a destructorlock.
