Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

My questions are here:

1. What would be a good background for the photos which only display models not backgrounds?
2. What would be a good lighting for the photos which include a background and models?
3. Should I include diffirent painting variants (like diffirent camo patterns for instance)?
4. Do I need photoshop or other photo editing programs?
5. Did you like answering these questions?

Sweet Jesus, Nurgle and Slaanesh in the same box!?
No, just Nurgle and Slaanesh, Jesus will be sold seperately in a blister.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.

1. White Paper or something more interesting.
2. A light?
3. Yes.
4. Maybe?
5. Not really, no.

6. Should I put a large army photo with numbers?

7. Should I put the special characters to a certain ''shine'' amongs the others?

8. How can I make this ''shine''?

9. Should I build army specific terrain?

10. Did you like answering these questions?

1: Use a lightbox. Even a very cheap one will do.
2: Flourescent bulbs marked "Daylight" rather than "soft white" will give you much more natural looking lighting, for reasons that are a bit too complicated for a wargaming forum. If you're really looking for help with photography though, check out the photography articles here on Dakka and on coolminiornot.
3: Certainly wouldn't hurt.
4: They're incredibly helpful. Yes.
5: Eh.

6: By "with numbers" do you mean "with large numbers of troops?" Then yes. It'll show off the new force as a (hopefully) cohesive unit.
7: Yup, it'll add another element of variety. Special characters make things interesting.
8: Gloss paint? No, don't do that. But make sure you follow through with all the things that make a mini look good (basing, highlighting, shading, detailing, etc) with all the things that make a photo look good (lighting, composition, etc)
9: Entirely up to you. It could certainly add a lot to your more expansive pictures, but it probably won't be missed if it's not there.
10: see #5.

1. large-ish white card
2. a desklamp and a flashgun will do
3. whatever floats your boat
4. using photoshop or gimp never hurts, amazing what 2 minutes on a computer can do to a photo.
5. I didn't dislike answering
6. dont understand the question
7. yes
8. depends what you consider shiny
9. for "pro" looking photo's of an army, yes, but you could just build a small diorama.
10. no less than the first 4.

Question 6. Clearification: the big picture with a large army in it and numbers from 1 to 5 on the units like:

1. The command squad is an important part of the army
2. The massed infantry squads are the backbone of the army
3. The tanks are mainly used for tank hunting and support
Etc.

Here we go- when you know the joke sucked- when you have to explain it.

It's a joke from a while back, a user posts this and just.. yeah.

Why did you have to ruin my fun?
