What's up Dakka Dakka, I live in the Fayetteville, Nc area. I play Space Marines in 40k. I'm sorta new to this area so if any users live around here (raliegh and such) let me know where the best places to play 40k are!
I'm in the army and it put my SM army on hold for a while, so it's been almost a year since I last played 40k, really looking forward to get back into it!

I spent 13 weeks there last year, and will be moving perm to Chapel Hill. There is a store in Spring Lake just north of Bragg on 210 called Gamers Guild and they had a nice group that played Wed night and Sun. Might want to check them out. I will be back in April, and will be ready to play. I have some Orks, but mostly Necrons (COME ON NEW CODEX) and Eldar. We should get together and play a game. I have fun win or lose....

JB: I like the concept of a free Shrike roaming through the treetops of the jungle. I'm not sure that I like the idea of a real Shrike sitting on my couch eating my Skittles.

OK, so now we are moving to Chapel Hill. Looking for 40K players in the Chapel Hill NC area, and advice on best game stores etc. I will still be running down to Fayetteville (We really like the Jin Jin restaurant next to the game store.)
For the Fayetteville players I used to hang out there, big guy, moved to FL, had some Eldar (enough now to play) and Necrons (MORE than enough to play)

Its a bit of a drive, but we pay Warhammer and Warmachine all week long at Cape Fear Games in Wilmington, NC. We also have a 1500 pt tourney planned for this Sunday!
