Just a minor thing, but many of the forums I use have a button to go to "Advanced Reply" that keeps any text you've typed into the "Quick Reply" box.

Scenario: I start to write a thread reply in the 'quick reply' box. I then realize that one Orkmoticon I never use would be perfect here. I have to copy my text, hit "Post Reply," then paste my text and keep going.

Proposal: I start to write a thread reply in the 'quick reply' box. I then hit the "Post Reply" button and the text I already had carries over to the 'advanced reply' box.

There's been one or two times that I've lost big posts because I'm used to other forums My 2 cents.

Its not the end of the world, but I agree your suggestion would be handy

A good suggestion, but copying and pasting the text is second nature to me now

Copy pasting is the less complex measure - adding another button would just confuse people who are less used to online forums, quick reply is there to be as simple as possible. Better to get in the habit of clicking 'post reply' if you often need more buttons and just copy paste if it is already too late.
