Long time viewer of Dakka. Been cruising the site on and off for a few years now. I picked up my first models in 2001. Bought the LotD boxed set thinking they looked pretty cool then the only rules you could find were in WD and I was slightly discouraged. Moved back to California later in 2001 and couldn't find anyone to play with so I painted and modeled for a while eventually letting go of the majority of my mini's. A couple years back, almost 4 actually, my cousin and I were lured into Warmachine by a local gaming store that opened up and after spending I don't know how much on Khador and Cryx models the store folded and again I am left holding the bag so to speak. I have hundreds of dollars in minis and nobody to play with. I recently found a store close enough to home I will be able to play 40k somewhat regularly so I have been buying minis slowly but surely. I am always looking to meet locals to learn the ropes and will be getting back into 40K. If anyone is looking for Khador or Cryx for 40k or cash let me know! Other than that, hello everyone. Looking forward to becoming an active member here on the boards!
