My only concern is that the OSL on the eyes might be a bit too OTT...

That is really well painted. Love the weathering, clean painting, OSL, etc. The only criticism I have is that the wires on the shoulder and neck doodlies are the same color as the light from the eyes, and that looks kinda weird. I looked around for a bit to try to find out where the light on the other pieces was coming from before I realized it wasn't. Still a very well painted mini though. Base looks very good too.
