My Waaaaagh Dakka figure... Pretty fun kit-bash with some GS work thrown in for good measure.

Thunderwolf cav as werewolves is an awesome idea... hat's off you you Who.

@FW: Thanks... OSL has been a struggle for me... in spite of all the good examples and tutorials on dakka. Think this is the first time I got it more-or-less right.

That's his "idea light"... when he gets an idea... it lights up!

And the idea light has protection because if it breaks he's in trouble?

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

Yep... there's rampant speculation amongst the grots that the light just pics up stray static electricity charges from the air and directs it into Cybergit's brain pan... this uncommon and unlooked for introduction of electrical energy is what gives him his ideas... where normally his neurons lay dormant in a quiescent state.

I suppose I should call it his "head-light".

A bit of good news... I was able to pick up a new camera battery charger over lunch, so I should have pics of my mini-masterpiece late this evening.

p.s. I think that's the most orkmoticons I've ever used in a single post... Is that laziness or a right of blogging passage??

I've got to put up my doomgrot, to go with git's, inmygraven's, and whalemusic's herders. It was great fun building, and is only the second model I've totally completed

Still... phenomenal work my friend. Sheesh... Cybergitz is like... my 500th model and it's no better than yours. Tell you what... you can take over the care and maintenance of "the monster" and I'll go screw around with my bad moons for several months!

It's made from sprue mostly. The joints are made from the cylindrical connectors from the drop pod restraints. The claw is made from Ironclad dreadnought DCCW fingers.

Very nice. Can't say I'm a huge fan of the overabundance of Chaos iconography (esp. the guy in the foreground still with the Chaos star carved on his chest) even though it is a 13th Co. army. Having said the execution and concept is near perfect. Good job!

Who is to say they are not just arrows pointing off in different directions? Why does it always have to mean something.
