Wouldn't the Eldar be sad that the mother of their race, Isha, is trapped in Nurgle's Garden and is used as a test subject for his diseases?
Thats like as if Christians had to live with the fact that Jesus was being tortured by Satan in hell for eternity

I believe that the Eldar hold to the belief that all of their gods were defeated in the fall with most being slain, Khaine being shattered, and the Laughing God fleeing into the Web Way.

It's only folktale from a single Craftworld, so the belief is not that widespread.
Thats like as if Christians had to live with the fact that Jesus was being tortured by Satan in hell for eternity
It's a bit silly to compare a monotheistic religion like Christianity to the Eldar belief in their Gods. It'd be more equivelant to Ancient Greeks believing that Athena was entombed by Hades for eternity, excpet Hades is being more of a dick than usual and it realm of the dead is way more fethed up than Greek mythology would tell it. Oh, and all the other gods are dead.
...so it's not really comparable.

They are kinda pissed at themselves for that whole 'squick-orgying-a-new-god-of-Chaos-and-tearing-the-galaxy-a-literal-new-arsehole-in-the-process' thing. That being said, it's not a widely held belief amongst the Eldar, as most of them believe that their gods are dead, killed in the Fall.
And the Eldar are kinda sad emo space elves to begin with....

The Craftworlders are sad about pretty much everything, basically their entire race was wiped out in an instant and now they have to constantly restrain themselves to avoid their race becoming extinct. I'm not sure if folklore from one Craftworld is really going to bother them

Even if they are sad, there's not much they can do about it. It's not like they are going to go jumping into Nurgles Garden and try to rescue her, Nurgles next door neighbour is Slaanesh after all.
Maybe if the Eldar had Draigo on their team they would be able to get her out

I don't think that they know that she's in Nurgle's garden, as this information was in the Daemon codex, I think,

I don't think so. Otherwise, Matt Ward would become a new Chaos God.

The C'tan despise the Warp and try to avoid it at all costs, even trying to close the Eye of Terror. There's no chance the Eldar are going to get their sworn enemy they fought millions of years ago in a cataclysmic war to go to a place they try to avoid.

It's not like you can mount an expedition into the warp and kill a GOD.
Barring that, my DE fluff is that they are seeking a way to set Isha free.

Tell that to the Grey Knights.
But in any case: a) not many of them know about Isha being in Nurgle's garden. b) They couldn't do much if they did know. If anything, the Harlequins may know, but that's just because the Harlequins get to know almost everything.

Eldar can't do much until Ynnead wakes in that aspect or if they can put Khaine back together.

I'm with this guy, vacations into the warp are not the sole territory of imperial forces (Maugan Ra had a bit of fun last time he was there). But a quick dip is a bit different than going to the center of Nurgles home base.

They could give Draigo a call. He's burned down Nurgles garden before. One man rescue party to snatch Isha? All in a days work for him. Probably get him laid too.

But releasing Isha would only help the galaxy become less grimdark so no she can't be freed.
