They are not in the Space Marine codex, so I would say no. It would be like using A Dark Eldar Raider for your marines.

Of course if a new space marine codex comes out in a few years, I wouldn't be surprised if they SM got a Stormraven. I highly doubt it for the Dreadknight.

What is confusing you is probably GW store reps and people who are converting them for other armies. A Space Marine Stormraven might be acceptable in a Apocaylpse game, but it wouldn't be allowed in something like Ard' Boyz.

A land raider in a friendly game or campaign.

A dreadnought or Master of the Forge?

A dreadknight as a master of the forge? That's hilarious. A master of the forge is meant to be an infantry-sized model, not a 6 inch tall monster machine.

No, you can't use either in a Space Marine army. If you're playing Apocalypse, you can use literally any models you want, so you can there.

One of my friends uses a Storm Raven in his standard army. I don't see a problem with it, I'm more concerned with when the two met up when his custom chapter is across the galaxy from the BA.

But being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?

This may as well have been a troll.

If your fine with it in your FLGS then whatever. But its against the rules in normal games.

If my Dark Eldar can use Fire Dragons then your Vanilla Marines can take a Dreadknight....In short, no you can't.

This all depends upon your opponent. Usually in a Tournament scene the TO's discretion.

However, using a Dreadknight for a MoF would be acceptable, though you are using a larger-than-required mini... and remembering TLOS... ouch!

However, reading your own codex would be a good beginning beofre posting threads like this in future.

I wouldn't mind a Dreadknight as a dreadnought. As long as it had the proper weapons to be used as a dreadnought i wouldn't mind. I was accturaly thinking of converting a dreadknight to a dreadnought for my space wolf army.

No. Unless you had converted the Dreadknight and modified the weapons to a certain extent then I think most would allow it as a Drednought but a Storm Raven is a no unless your opponent is fine with it. I would'nt suggest doing it any way the models are terrible.

The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

Dreadnight for Dreadnought? I'd let you.

But using a Dreadnought with the rules from the GK codex and/or the Storm Raven from the GK codex with your regular marines, no.

Except for Apoc games. Do what you want, there.
