With such an increase in the costume size, will you need a stronger frame? Also, will this make it harder to physically wear and move the costume?

No it wont and i can release a scaled down version for you mini fridge the frame will be aluminum and i will not be releasing it until after im finished with if i you understand however if you ask me i do have space marine armor files as well

This is a great project, very clever in how you have scaled it to be worn. I too am building a Dreadnought, however it will be full size and working (althought sadly not walking). If you want to see my progress, check out this link....
