I like the Dreadknight, but I am going to give the pilot a helmet to reduce the baby-carrier image somewhat.

All in all, I am not wowed (metals looked slightly sharper to me). Also, 5 Marines for £20 How long before that pricing filters its way down to Vanilla Marines.

Huh. The PAGK and terminators are damn cool, it looks just right.
But the Dreadknight seriously dissappoints me... That is truly silly. Though I think it could be made much better looking, so I might buy it anyway.

Now where's the space monkey?

I think with the pilot's helmet on the DK looks much better...and is it me or is the Hammer that the Dk wields looks too small for its size? the sword seems to be a better fit...

The advanced orders show pictures of all the sprues. Looks like the GK Terminators get from what I could count 13 heads?!? WOW. Also, I saw 5 pairs of NF Falchions, 5 NF swords, 6 pairs of shoulder pads, and 20 of those heraldry shields! Looks like there are no shortage of bitz for the GKs in this box. Also, I think the Dreadknight looks pretty cool, and I'd only have helmeted heads anyhow as I feel the bare heads on ANY heavy armor looks stupid. Why wear Terminator armor only to show your face? That's goofy.

I'd also assume that the space monkeys would be for a phase 2 release.

Given the price of $29, I'd have to say it's not a hardback.

The PAGK look okay, but after converting an army of truescale Marines, I just can't get over how weedy their legs are. The size of the stormbolters don't help much either.

The Terminators look fine, might buy a box or two. One box, combined with what I already have and a decent counts-as Draigo conversion will allow me to easily make a fun and mildly competetive Paladin army. I need little else.

The Dreadnight is absolutely horrendous. I mean, I knew it would be bad when we saw the blurry pictures a while back, but I would have never fathomed that it would look this bad. Just absolutely horrible.

Oh, and for the record, $26 for Drago is absurd. It's a nice model, but good god, no way I'm paying that much for a stupid blister.

5 PAGK for $33..... geeze. I can get 10 metal Valhallens for $35. and the PAGK are plastic.

I might buy the Dreadknight in order to convert it into a Knight Titan. Maybe.

The Dreadknight would look really, really cool if it weren't for that ridicoulus Marine just hanging there. This makes even less sence than a Dreadnought with an exposed face.

Is everyone in shock about the Dreadknight? Are we just not getting the right angle like we did the stormraven? What in the world provoked GW to make both so disliked by all?

I dunno. Dreadknight seems like a flop. Draigo on the other hand is a huge win.

Draigo looks very nice. Not $22.25 nice though. Also, I'd have to say that though I like the Dreadknight, I think it would look better without the GK on board. From the close-ups on the sprue, it looks like this could be converted quite easily. Take the front of the plastic Venerable Dread, and stick the GK helmet in that, and you are in business.

Yep, quick fix really. Easy to convert as long as you have a good X-acto knife. You could even say the pilot is inside as the body looks farily bulky, or you could just say it's a different Dreadnought. I like it but I'm gonna have more fun converting a new front for that.

My opinion on the dreadknight is based on how well you can dynamically pose it. It be kinda cool to have a gigantic cape over it and treat it sorta like a wraithbone. However depending on the full selection on the list depends on me collecting grey knights or not. But honestly in all else....inb4 mass complaints of the angry mob that seems to form on anything GW produces. ^-^

Dreadknight in its intended format looks great, but I can see it being the basis of a thousand Knight Titan conversions.

OK, the models are all terrific*, and I think that I'm just about ready for yet another army to build half of and then abandon anyway, so perhaps the ghostbusters are it. Generally speaking, from DE to GK, the sculpts have been getting really incredible* and I'm super, super excited now for necrons.

*with the exception of, of course, the Dreadknight. Son I am disappoint. With the Stormraven, at least I have a compelling visual - a gunship sweeping in, yeah! - and I could get past it being butt-ass ugly. It even grew on me a lot over time. The Dreadnknight, though, I think is a bridge too far. First, it's not a new compelling visual, as we've had dreadnoughts for sort of a while now. Second, it's taken far, far too much inspiration from the walkers in Avatar, and we all know Avatar just ain't gangsta.

The Dreadknight does look like a great canvas for a truly epic Ghagzull, though.

Posing it will be easy. The description even points out the arms have a ball-and-socket joint.

Anyway, god-damn, Draigo's model is awesome. Will be my normal GK HQ. The Dreadknight looks like a baby carrier.

I love that they've not changed the PAGK models too much, style-wise. They STILL look amazing.
