Local hobby store told me this week end that GW stopped producing metal blister and he will no longer be able able to have them in store.

Are they to produce new model in plastic in the futur?
If yes when?
Any more info?

There is a rumor thread about GW moving towards using resin rather than metal. Have a read through that

I remember back when Imperial Guard and Lizardmen were last redone, there were some metal blisters that were only available to stores right when they were brand new, then GW put them on direct only so maybe thats what your store is talking about. But I think stores can still order direct only stuff....
