Hey all, how goes it. I've been lurking the boards for a few days and decided I'd hop in and introduce myself

You can call me Witty. I've been involved in the Warhammer universe for about 16 years now, with a long break; I stopped playing right after the Tau were introduced, but I've continued to read near every book that the Black Library puts out. Recently decided to get back into the swing of things and start collecting again.

Formerly, I played a homebrew counts-as-Space-Wolves army called the Red Wolves (I know, tacky name, give me a break. I was 12). I've decided that I still enjoy painting Space Marines, so I've started up a new chapter, dubbed Guilliman's Favored. Obviously, they're a successor chapter from the Ultramarines, but I havn't gone much farther into their backstory than that. I picked up the Citadel starter paint set at the GW store locally, and tried out a paint scheme I've been wanting to use for a while; royal purple, with white/black/gold accents. I'll have some pictures of my ham-handed trial marines when I can find the camera charger.

Beyond that, a little about me personally; I'm a mid-20s guy in Ft Worth TX who spends way to much time gaming (mostly video games, but I'm not picky) and playing with cars and firearms. If there's anyone in the area who doesn't mind taking the time reintroducing a newbie to the game, give me a holler!
