I'd agree that that's a solid list. I would however comment that it seems quite low on anti-horde and that the libby has no-where to go/no-one to run around with.
Otherwise it's good, but I'd recommend trying to sort out the above.

One of the tactical squads has to combat squad to make room for the libby.
