Uuh... No such thing as magic in wh40k? There are only psychic powers that I know of... Even if somewhere it says magic it's either very high tech or psychic powers/warp manifestations.

Can you clarify where you found the "Eldar magic" reference?

You mean all the Eldar psychic powers, as I'm assuming you mean? That's a kind of broad question since there's a bunch, but you can find all this and more in an Eldar codex!

Is there no magic in 40K?
Isn't it all to do with the warp, and psychic instead?
All the Eldar abilities in hte codex are listed as psychic powers, or high tech, such as holo-fields, etc.

Eldar and Dark Eldar technology is so incredibly advanced compared to mankind's that alot of the time it is percieved as being magic (the shattershard for example). On top of that, Craftworld Eldar have immense psychic ability that may be seen as being magic.

But from a rules point of view, magic only exists in WHFB, in 40K it's psychic powers.

There is magic in 40K, or sorcery as it is more commonly known.

There are psychic powers, and there are rituals enacted through pacts with daemons and other denizens of the Warp. The former is psionics, the later is sorcery.

Eldar do not practice sorcery in any shape or form.
