Hello everybody, I'm a returning hobbyist who has again taken up his brush and stepped back into the hobby.
I've dabbled primarily with Warhammer 40k over the years, but got side tracked a while back with WFB for a few years. I've become interested again in 40K and have been stalking the Painting and Modelling forums looking for inspiration.
I'm hoping to rebuild my Craftworld Eldar force, which has seen more repaints than I'd care to admit.

It's more of a restoration than anything. A lot of the minis going into the army are from over 12 years ago. Been recently restoring my old jetbikes and converting them to bring them in line with the current miniatures.
I actually discovered Dakka by looking for means of safely stripping minis. Fairy Power Spray is fantastic.

Hey welcome to Dakka. I came back after a few years off and found my painting had actually got a bit better. Maturity brings a new light to styles of painting and the inspiration I got from the Dakka galleries really helped me progress. Good luck with your eldar dude.
