Yes. It's a rear view of a Khinerai Lifetaker.

That female Stormcast is a beauty, though. I like the halo tiara in her hair, and the vault sucking a guy's soul into it is pretty serious.

I've been looking at all the Nighthaunt imahes we've seen and I can't seem to identify these bits of terrain.

Anyone with a good eye for detail think they know where this is from? (red arrows)

Right image is the top battlements of Witchfate Tor, Tower of Sorcery.

I”d love those kits to come back, although Witchfate Tor was a pain to assemble.

Question; where was the confirmation that FEC cannot go above starting size? I didn't see it in the matched play section of the core book, so I am guessing it's in GHB3. Was wondering if it's specific to FEC or a generic overall rule.

Hmmm... with all the abilities now outthere to restore souls to bodies (and bring slain models back to units), I had really hoped the stormcast reliquary vault (above) and the nighthaunt with giant padlocks might instead bind souls so that such abilities could not be used for units affected by either model. Really make their employment tacticaland a little more interesting.

It will be in the GHB if its kept the same. If you look in the matched play section for last years book it states you cant go above starting

Yep, iit was on eBay. You can see a pic of the sprue in the post HERE.

I'm also sad this won't be a general release. Hopefully the general release model will be at least as good, if not better.

Such a beautiful model. A real shame they’re limiting its availability.

It's an Age of Sigmar model. It's perfectly acceptable to be discussed here as well.

So matched play requires the rulebook.
Where can one find the new warscrolls if any?

The Core Book presents Matched play (and the 2 other ways to play). It's only 3 pages.

The General's Handbook also has this part IIRC:

"... Your blood shall water my Master's rotten earth..."

Warhammer Age of Sigmar Core Book Product Information wrote:
- Matched Play Games: the ultimate way for players to test their mettle in evenly-balanced conflict, this is the way to play games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar and prove your skill, tactical ability and strategic nous;
- Pitched Battles: played as one-off games or part of a tournament, Pitched Battles are designed to be set up with a minimum of fuss. Details of army sizes for different battle lengths, rules for fielding Warscroll Battalions and Allied units are covered;
- Battle Strategies: a variety of objectives and strategies designed to provide challenge to players, forcing them to adapt to unpredictable effect, with a D66 table providing a random element;
- A blank Pitched Battle Army Roster, for you to photocopy and use when assembling your Pitched battle armies.

It does NOT give you points. It just explains Matched Play to you.

Good to know they are in the main rulebook.

Has anyone heard anything about allies? The core rules says it is 1 per 4, but are points per level gone?

I hope its not 1 per 4, as my Warherd army will be dead in the water.

I thought I saw someone mention on TGA that it remains the same as previous edition, though.

Ok so the new GHB expands on it? That's what I was expecting, just looking around for specifics on the units above starting size thing.

Core rules make allies one per four. Matched play adds the point limits on top of that; so in matched play it's both.

Dakka does have White Knights and is also rather infamous for it's Black Knights. A new edition brings out the passionate and not all of them are good at expressing themselves in written form. There have been plenty of hysterical responses from both sides so far. So we descend into pointless bickering with neither side listening to each other. So posting here becomes more masturbation than conversation.
