What Should I get next and are there any tips on different upgrades or tactics??? I have just started the hobby a few months ago and I have not started on 40k games although I do know all of the full rules.

As others have said you should post your request in the army list section for the best response. First off if you don't have the most recent FAQ grab it off the GW website.

To have a legal army you need two troops choices so at least one box of tactical marines to give you two 5 man squads to satisfy the minimum. Alternately you can pick up Black Reach marines cheap off E-Bay. You will probably want more than 10 either way. Rhinos and/or Razorbacks are also a good idea to transport your squads. The Marine Battleforce gives you a good starting force. Two give you three full tactical squads, two Rhinos, a full scout squad, and a full assault squad. If you want heavy weapons other than missile launchers you will need a box of Devastators as well. Next, your Terminator squad can't be fielded with three heavy weapons so you need to arm swap or get another 5 Terminators so you can field them. Black Reach Terminators work fine for this. Again cheap off E-Bay. Assault Terminators would also be a very good choice now that the Dark Angel FAQ gives not only 2-shot Cyclones, but 3++ all the time Storm Shields. Plus you can mix shooty and assaulty Terminators in the Deathwing. Finally, the Ravenwing box is good value if you want to field Ravenwing bikes and speeders.
