Death-Dealing Dark Angels Devastator

Hi - I started playing Battletech, Mechwarrior and its various renditions sometime around '85 and got out of the hobby in the 90s, then got reintroduced through 40k late last year. Starting in December I've put together about 4000 points based on the Dark Angels codex, through gifts, purchase of new kits and purchase of used figures, and all but 4 models have at least some paint on them. I'm hoping to learn more about conversions and kit bashes on this site.
