Hey all,
I have been a long term lurker for a while now and there are a few threads now that interest me and so I came forth to join this great forum.
I have played 40k since 1993 back in second edition when the grim dark was still happy colors. took a break for a while after college and returned to the Game Workshop family in 2008.
I currently have about 1850 in painted space wolves with another 500 to 1000 points of wolves unpainted. (mostly wolfguard in term armor, Bloodclaws Logan). In addition I have about 500pts of Grey Knights (yeah I know the bandwagon issue) but I have always like them and loved the old RT era models had so much class and I am working on a concept to turn the plastic terms into something akin to that style of armor. Plus about 3000pts of Orks in primer if you count the two stompas I have right now.
Personally I am a father, a husband and a Graphic Artist. So I take my hobby time when I get it. Fortunetly for me I just switched to a 3rd shift job for a promotion and well I now have a ton of free time on the weekend when I am up trying to keep myself on the graveyard shift schedule. I don't get out an game as much as I would like too. But hey at least I can still enjoy the hobby/creative side of the game with conversions and painting. I am also starting to work on some scratch builds and I am wanting to get some feedback as I work.
Well Its time to put my son to bed and I don't like intro posts that get to long winded.

Weclome! I see you are from Indy, where I was born (I still have a lot of family there). Where do you play? I checked out the Game Preserve on the north side while I was visiting my sister (who lives in Carmel), and it seemed like an OK store.
