I've been playing 40k for around 5 years now, and I've joined up here to get more involved in the community.
However, I do have one question...I have an offer for an army swap, but I'm in the USA and he's in Germany. How can I make a safe transaction that is legally binding?
And I mean step by step process, because I have NO idea how to do stuff on paypal or ebay or anything. I've only bought stuff haha

Every Dakkanaught gets a 4+ Pinch of Salt save.
When you suffer a Falling Sky hit, roll a D6 - on a 4+ the hit is ignored as per the Pinch of Salt save. On a 1-3 panic insues - you automatically fail common sense tests for the next 2 weeks and get +7 to your negativity stat. -Praxiss

Yeah, I was thinking of doing a buy-it-now and have him get it, and then he does the same and I pay the same costs. That way we are both insured against fraud.
