Alright folks... I have been on and off the hobby for a while but starting University marked a great revival for my hobby. I have been through two paint schemes of Tau that never really fulfilled my expectations and finally I think I found something that's original, urban, and something that looks good to my eyes. I will do my utmost best to update as time progresses.
But be forewarned:
I AM A SLOW PAINTER, ( lol), have school, an work.. Thus sadly my updates may be hindered. (But it's all for the Greater Good! )
I basically restarted my Tau army, all the paint/basing of my previous models years ago have been removed with simple green. Some models broke unfortunately and had to be discarded due to the extent of the damage and my perfectionist-mentality towards my army. Although I may not be a golden daemon painter, I certainly like my models hold a good standard.
With that being said, feel free to express your opinion and such.
Right now, these are all my completed figures as of this post. Some Fire Warriors and Gun Drones fully based.
Enjoy.

Some WIP photos I had earlier.
Greater Good FTW.

You might be a slow painter but you've definitely made them look nice and neat so it's worth the time. Based very well, too. Good job!
So, what's next?

Thanks!
More Fire warriors, some Kroot, and ( maybe) Hazard Suits.

Hobby Update!
I came up of a simple way to have a better background when taking pictures of my miniatures, I hope you like the new scenery!
-Here are some simple Fire Warriors that are bolstering my troop choice. I added magazine pouches to them from the Space Marine box set to add some "tacticool" flare to them.
Before paintjob:
After paintjob:
-Here's my entire army up to this point...
Feel free to add suggestions and throw in some ideas for future models!
More to come!

Love the shine on the eye/lens. Prefer the colour scheme up close with its more purplish hue

Stylish indeed, and well painted!
I hate it when sloppy people play Tau.. They are an army that needs attention before even being fielded or they will, imho,
play like s*** no matter what you do

Hobby Update into the New Year!!!
I worked on a group of six pathfinders laying around that I haven't touched in years! Finally got them assembled and gave them a proper paint job. Ready to go and lead the way!
My next challenge?
I'll be painting up some Kroot and we will see how they work out. I will also be adding some sept stripes to my existing Fire Warriors:
Thanks for those who subscribed, and stay tuned in for more!
MINIMAL WORKSPACE IS MINIMAL
Let me know what you guys think!

Haha, you don't need more space than that now do you?
Great pathfinders, especially since it's metal models..
God, I hate metal... My Vespid Stingwings got based, coated and then *blaargh*.. couldn' even start due to all the strange imperfections..
When do we get to see a Crisis Suit?
