Found a link to this, I havent seen this posted before, its horribly close.
I used to work at the GW Newcastle branch just next to the Viz office. I'm trying to figure out who the red shirt is based on.

What is even better is that they guys who staff my local GW have a strong resemblance to the cartoon ones, and they were not happy when it was pointed out to them

Oddly enough I was in a GW once and saw a Redshirt telling a dad he really shouldn't buy all the boxes his son put on the counter. Instead told dad he should have his son get enough for a basic start to his SM army and add to it as he gained experience.
