Anyone order fro Chapterhouse here in the states?

How long did it take to get your order?

Generally it depends on whether all products are in stock. Restock can take a while, but the website gives an idea how long. Other than that, I haven't heard anything negative about shipping time.

I have ordered from them once. It took ~10 days, I believe, to deliver to Houston, Texas. I recall it being just over a week.

I've never had any problems ordering from chapterhouse, if the item is in stock the shipping is normally not more then a week. Even in the instance of out of stock items chapterhouse has always been pretty upfront with info on what they expect the time line to look like

I've ordered several times and I've never had a issue with them, now if its a brand new item you might want to email them and see where you sit on the release list.

My orders have taken about two weeks. It's not quick but they are a small company so I can understand.

Ordered a few times and always been happy, and had a quick turnaround. Even on new releases, I ordered an Iconoclast Land Raider kit the day it hit their store and had it by the end of the following week.

I ordered 3 sets of the skully rhino doors and two skull helmets. I believe they arrived in less than a week. I am also completely satisfied with my products.

About a week sounds right for the couple of orders I've had put in.

Im a friend of nick and ive ordered stuff....no complaints just praises

Delivery time has ranged from 5 days to 10. No complaints, just read their ordering and shipping info carefully. Like you should before ordering from any company.

I recently ordered some nid boneswords from them. Shipping did take a pretty long time (6 weeks (to the UK)), but everything arrived in good condition and within the time frame they estimated (2-8 weeks).

Over all I was more than happy.

I would like to clarify, that the transit time is what takes so long. For the most part, unless an Item is on "pre-order" we ship every friday.

I have a hard time dealing with customers when they are emailing legitimate complaints regarding wait time that is due to different countries customs offices and not our getting the products sent out as soon as we can.

I have had more then one customer get mad at myself, even though it is quite evident we shipped the item 3-4 days after they placed the order... It is Proof we ship on time when the date is on the box that the post office stamps on it..

Customs offices for some reason delay those orders for up to 4-6 weeks sometimes. This happens too often to out of the US orders. There is nothing I can do about it though. I offer multiple levels of shipping services and customers can expect too much from the cheapest and slowest option they can choose.

Possibly a silly question, Nick - do you email customers to confirm when their order has shipped?

I have ordered from Chapterhouse twice, in both cases I chose the cheaper shipping option, and in both cases I received my orders rather quickly indeed. Note though that I did not order any large items and that I live in the continental US.

Overall I have not had any trouble with Chapterhouse's shipping times and have indeed found them to be unusually fast relative to other conversion kit sellers.

Yes, our automated system will send out an email to update order status, either that be shipped, or canceled, etc..

Though I have found some customers say that email is blocked sometimes as junk mail.

I have dealt with Chapterhouse, and have no quarrel. Good customer service generally, speedy enough postage, and good quality casts. A solid company.

So here's my tale.

I ordered 10 pairs of lightning claws on April 1... 10 days later I was getting concerned, so i emailed Nick, who was out of the office for a few days.

In that time, I realized I needed more lightning claws than I ordered, so I ordered another pair... then I realized I needed two more pairs, so I wrote Chapterhouse asking to add that new pair to the existing pair... then because the original order of 10 hadnt gone out yet, I asked if they could be added to the original order. Then I lost count of how many I ordered, and how many I still needed. So I told him he grand total pairs of claws I needed. Then I realized I was probably the most annoying customer they've had all week, lol.

Nick wrote back, took care of everything, and didn't call me any names! (even though I deserved it). Thanks for being patient with me Nick!

I probably shouldn't have laughed, but I couldn't help it after reading that tale

Took about a week or two to get my 3x tervigons about a year ago... very happy with the speed since I'm in canada and stuff tends to get stopped at the border for a few days

I have ordered twice, and gotten my order in a reasonable time. Even when the product was not released yet!
( love my wheeled kits, need to get my finished photos up in the gallery! ).

It was a few years ago, but I ordered the tau super heavy walker. I got it in about a week and a half. When I started to lay it out I realized the burst cannon was broken in multiple spots. I sent an email and they refused to replace the piece. I also noticed they only sent half of the joint covers. I emailed them again and they realized they had mispacked all the sets and sent me those. I had to fix the burst cannon myself with brass rods, which I didn't feel I should on a $300.00 model, but otherwise their stuff was o.k.. I will say that it has kept me from buying anything else from them.

Sorry your experience was unsatisfactory. I do remember this and it was all done over the phone for the most part (I was in florida on vacation when I was addressing your issue on my phone). The way I remember it, the conversation went more like, "Im missing some pieces and the cannon is broken, I can fix the cannon, but I really need those pieces". I really cant for the life of me think of why I would "refuse to replace" something if you asked me to and I was more then happy to contact the caster and have new pieces sent to you.

In any case, sorry for your unsatisfactory experience again.

All good so far. I've placed a couple orders over the years. I like how some of the bits are metal.- I got abunch of shields that mesh well with DA and having metal sheilds is nice.

Might take a bit, but the wait is worth it.

I ordered on a Wednesday, got my stuff the next Thursday...so just over a week. The product I received was very acceptable, no complaints at all with the experience.

I'll add my voice to the satisfied customer choir.

Ordered several of their new releases a while back. Shipped within a day. Received within a week. No problems.

Considering Chapterhouse is here and available as a rather vocal member on Dakka, it was comforting that I could just bug him here and have my problem answered.

I got my claws... I think they look pretty cool
