I think black or dark bluish blood would be very interesting if you can make the bloodstains realistic looking.

I do mine with very pale skin and black blood.

It could be whatever colour the individual wanted. Genetic enhancements and modifications are so common in Comorragh that any Haemonculus would be able to change something so simple as blood colour in a flash. If they're able to turn people into Scourges, giving them fluorescent blue blood would be simples
