*Awkwardly jumps onto the horse and gets feet in the stirrups*

*Billy studies Jordan on the horse*
Billy: Hmmm... not really. *Leaps up onto his horse in 1 smooth action*
Billy: Why don't we take it slow to start, then see how good a rider you really think you are.
*Billy kicks his horse into a slow trot*

Well, as I'm the sole commander and its a siege assault, I don't imagine I'll be getting any time to do much more than eat and occasionally wash. [Shoulders fall slightly] Plus, we're not supposed to.. you know.. on active duty.
Supposedly it weakens the resolve. Like with sportsmen.
But in all honesty it'll come down to not going five minutes without being shelled or some trooper needing his hand held.

Imagine having a group of fifty Bennies but less competent. And there's ten times that.

[Smiles] [Holds Amelia tightly] So this is a good night, whatever we spend it doing.

*Nods tiredly*

Just make sure we feth at least once before we go on the crusade, okay? Just probably not tonight...I'm sooooooo tired...

*Rolls off and wraps an arm around Yarricks chest*

There's some tequila in the pantry...Want to see if that'll wake me up?

*Pats the horse on the backside and sets off after Billy*

J: Huh, this is just like a Bulldrome! Only a hellava lot easier!

*Throws one leg over the horses side and faces Billy*

J: This is pretty easy, considering I've never ridden a 'horse' before.

[Chuckles] I think in this state I'd disappoint you rather quickly. [Pulls Amalia and blanket into a bundle and hugs her] I'm honestly happy just to be here together. You sleep, I've got a lot of thinking to do, and I'll eventually conk out too.

ooc: My main issue is trying to pick a weapon. I'm not a fan of super slow weapons, but the dual blades are really a lot of effort compared to the damage they actually do.

Billy: Where are you from that don't have horses? Can't imagine not bein' able to ride. Not let's see you keep up! Hyah! *Billy's horse starts galloping*

OOC What Hunter Arts are you using for the DB's?

*Goes to sleep licking pointed teeth*

J: Head start eh?

*Swings leg back over horse and slaps its horsey booty*

*Holds on quite easily but doesn't make any ground*

*Billy's horse, rears and turn to face Jordan's now a decent bit behind. Billy's got his hands in his pockets as the horse rears but doesn't even shift in the saddle. *
Billy: C'mon slowpoke!

[Nods and falls asleep a little while after] [Calmer and less stressed looking by far]

*Catches up with Billy eventually*

So, you can ride a horse. Nice. Way to impress the ladies...

*Hiding impressed face under helmet*

*Begins to pace in front of the room*

*Keeps spinning one pistol in hand, and watching the tree line*

*Other hand periodically holds cigarette for my exhale.*

*Billy puts his hands in his pockets*
Billy: Ridin' ain't about impressin' the ladies. Used to be the way folks got around was by horse. It was like that for thousands of years before they started makin' cars and stuff.

We used to walk. Or take a boat. Or an Airship. But we never rode for transportation. Occasionally I would lounge on an Apceros, but never long term. We lived in two very different worlds, you and me.

*Throws foot back over to face Billy*

So what's going to happen between us?

Billy: Well that much is obvious. *ears tint slightly* Uh... well I guess what happens, happens?

Not exactly what I wanted to hear...But not the worst either...

Billy: Well, what didja want to hear? All I'm doin' is just... I dunn.. tryin' not to ruin whatever this is

*Billy pulls up*
Billy: We're here!
*Stretching before them is a vast park with every ride conceivable to mankind. From zero G Rollercoasters to bumpercars*
Billy: Wow... it's even better than I thought...

*Throws self off horse rather ungracefully*

Dismounts ain't my strong suit...

*Billy smoothly lifts one leg over the side of the horse and slides down off it. He hands the reins over to a stable hand*
Billy: I know! It's bigger! And you know the best part? *Holds up a pair of of green tickets with the words "Private party" on them*
Nick gave us run of the place for tonight. No waiting, no lines.

Oh...Cool. So you kinda planned this from the start eh?

*Hides grin and poker faces*

*A sickly figure in red robes appears to be standing on the tree line*

Billy: Nope. Nick handed me the tickets while I was getting the horses. Said it wasn't his idea though... C'mon let's go *Grabs Jordan's wrist and leads her into the park*

*Billy's ears turn pink*

Yeah kinda. I can throw knives at giant monsters...Not sure about those small targets though...

*Leo truns head at gunshot sounds*

*Billy leads Jordan to the booth and they're each given 3 kunai to throw at targets moving along in the background like tin ducks*
