I'd be one of three things:
A: Hive Ganger - Drugs, Women, Violence, No Rules 
B: Vindicare Assassin - time and money spent training you, way too much. being able to kill someone from the comfort of your living room, priceless.
C: Iron Warriors Dreadnought with a missile launcher, plasma cannon, and a really loud voice amplifier so I can scream at people in incoherent jibberish as I lay waste to all I see

Canis Wolfborn, how bad ass would it be to have crazy ass space wolves just running around following your orders doing your bidding. Plus you can pretty much guarantee I would be placed into a Dreadnought upon near death. I would want to live long, but I wouldn't want to live forever....
Also an Eldar Exodite wouldn't be bad, no one really knows about you, and the people that do, have no clue where you are, so you get to live a RELATIVELY peaceful life, in a grim dark war-torn place.

But to the subject, I'd have to be someone who gets it in a lot, so being a marine or human is out. I narrowed it down to being
A: DE Archon: long life, relatively safe in the webway, harem of sexy DE bitches who totally put out.
B: Daemonette: immortal, if you don't get merked by heavy bolter fire, lifetime dedicated to perversion and pleasure, can basically sack up anyone you want, and also tentacle rape anyone in a fight before they can even draw their chainswords. also, you get to be a woman with none of the biological 'cons'.
