Ok, personally I liked rebellion, but we need to decide soon as I have a meeting Thursday lunch time. I would do a poll but I don't think the Dakka mods would appreciated it.

Also unless there are any strong objection I'm aiming for the first Monday/gaming night to be August 1st just because it makes sense from an accounts point of view.

Just found out a problem with Mondays, that we would probably not be allowed on premises on Bank Holiday Monday as there is no staff to unlock/lock up. So Just wanted to check everyone was still ok with Mondays?

The positive is because we are doing a month by month basis we would probably be able to change the day we do it one month to the next, so we could in theory change to a Wednesday on months with a bank holiday Monday .

At the meeting on Thursday I'll get confirmation of this and ask if in months with bank holidays we would be allowed to change the day for the one week which is affected.

Also I would appreciate it if at least the committee members could meet up soon for a discussion. Either tomorrow or if you trust me to use my best judgment next week sometime.

Who actually is a member of the committe is it just the secretary, chairman etc or all of us?

Nick the committee is the five positions, every one else is a full member.

I needed their full names for the constitution, thanks by the way guys, I won't need to get all the members details until you pay for your membership. I've designed a membership form, I know its starting to sound like a lot of paper work but i'm trying to keep it all to a minimum while still doing this all correctly and above board.

We have however now been asked if we could do a slightly different time.

The options are 5-9 or 5.30-9.30.
