Love that little flyer, especially as it is hanging from the ceiling! The bust looks good Cam, no worries... you've still got it!

Exciting times! That Sandcrawler is an epic centrepiece, but the planes on the ceiling is amazing! It is something I always wanted to do as a kid and was never allowed... why I never thought to do it now I have my own house I have no idea!

Now we are grown up , why not do what we want?

And as such, back to basics for me...

And now a small find in the local charity shop...

I see an ork trukk...
First wheels need sorted.

Then a cabin..

Then an engine..

Good to be back...ish. I will get there.

Best part of being a grown-up: nobody can tell you how to play with your toys.

Ork farm wagon is great fun.

I mean Cam has always channelled his inner Orc/Ork. Jawas are just potato sack wearing diminuative desert orcs after all.

I don't know. Doesn't look very fast. Maybe some more, uhm, red?

Good to see you at the workbench again. I bet it feels pretty good, except for the maybe gluing your fingers together with the superglue thing, which is a part of the hobby, eh?

Not where I should be

Completely different tack here, but Christmas pressy making so ....

Son is into Gunpla, I very much like them and really fancy having a go, but first off, thought I would build him a display base. A hangar for some of his Gundam. This is something else building scifi in 1/144 scale, but here we are...

It was about halfway through and looking into figures that I came across actual model kits for this Still his is unique I guess.

One thing I feel I have lost a step or two here, normally this detail would be right up my street, but struggling like heck. I might go at it a bit more, but putting it aside for a mo. Next pressy is a 1/1 scale rifle from Destiny 2. I have no idea where to even bloody start!!. Well hope to be back soon. Got to sort my life out and prioritize a bit better.

I really like the nod to classic scratch building here, seeing such materials as kablebinders and so on getting a use again!!! the scale is really something entirely else! but you already mastered (remastered ) it again!

as for the gun... I am really hyped to see you have a go at this... all depends on materials... there is a guy on youtube that does miracles with amazon packaging cardboard... you´ll find him really easy... I did a cadian lasrifle from plasticard one... when you have plans it will be something you can make quite easily... I´ve searched for plans back then but couldn´t find any... so i searched for Wikipedia pictures and did my layer designs myself... I bet there are plenty of destiny 2 designs already out there...
good luck with the constructions and also as ever good luck with health and spirit healing!!!

cheers, Vik!
