Been a while since I chimed in here. The Paladin looks great, as do those Grey Knight Interceptors.

@Zerg - Thanks dude!

Update: On to model number two, this one is a half elf Sorcerer, I got a few guidelines from my friend, She wanted white hair with a slight silver sheen, the character is low born, so wouldn't have a lot of fancy clothes and has blue eyes.

A sorceress armed with a crossbow and knives... that is a cool looking model.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with the hair in particular on this model.

The Paladin looks great Knightley. The cloth has been done very well! I'll be taking notes on this next one for clothing.

Mostly, on my phone.

Getting a real steampunk sorceress vibe there, very Warmachine. Love it.

@Mad - Yeah I like the design, not sold on the Crossbow, but hey my mate wanted it like that!

@EDC - Thanks man

@WarbossDakka - Oooh, applying the expectation pressure eh, lets see what I can do!

@Graven - Certainly not like any sorcerer I've ever seen before

Update: washes applied, I went a bit overboard on the hair, its going to require some fixing I feel

@Gits - Agreed! every time I touch this model I get a feeling it could break at any point, I think its due to a single contact point with a thin ankle.

@AshNomad - Welcome to the blog! stick around I have some small plans for this crossbow

Update: painted a necklace as it wasn't an option when creating the mini, did some first stage stuff on the hair and a first layer on the pants

@WarbossDakka - I know right, nothing OTT, just subdued and awesome

@Casey - Hah, you'll need to wait till I have this push done, then you'll get the photo

Update: bunch of stuff done, gave the hair a silver wash (really watered down bright silver) and some skin

I love the vibrant blues, it's so much easier to look at when there isn't hundreds of colours going on. Well done!

Haha, I know, I'll wait patiently.

She's looking awesome, that wood grain! Any chance of a scale shot next to a marine? These are much bigger aren't they?

@Cam - Thanks man!

@WarbossDakka - Thats what I was going for, basic colors and nothing over the top (of course the ice ball is complex by comparison)

@Justaerin - Thank you, I tried something different for that as well.

@Casey - they are basically the same size, maybe a tad bit taller.

Update: model done, did some work on the base.

@Gits - Ah yes, perhaps I needed to dirty things up a bit more. I tell you what, the next none-GK thing I do I'll try make it grimy and weathered?

@WarbossDakka - Ooh, happy to provide a guide on that!

Update: On to some purifiers!

I really like that Sorceress, model looks great and you have done it good justice, the hair is nicely done and the blue you have used for the eyes is really catching... great work!

@Mad - Thanks man, that muculoid looks very gribbly indeed!

@PossumCraft - Welcome to the blog! The necklace is free hand, my mate wanted to sculpt something but didn't rate the skills required, I said I'd just paint it on and they are very happy with the look.

@Gits - Well then, thats it settled, however the offer still stands on the next non-marine model.

Update: blocking in more colours, forgot how much detail is on these guys, its going to take a while!

Curious choice going with banners on every guy, should be interesting when they are all done. I assume that is where the majority of the squiggles are going on these? Also, that sorceress you did earlier is very well done!
